What We Offer
At BEAhub.org, we are not just passionate about Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA). We’re also deeply committed to the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI). As founders of both BEAhub.org and AiNexus.world, we see the immense value of integrating the principles of BEA with the cutting-edge capabilities of AI.
AiNexus.world is our effort to create a similar global community around AI transformation as BEAhub.org does for BEA. Our mission with AiNexus.world is to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to drive effective AI transformations, building on the understanding of AI’s role in enterprise transformation and industry-specific applications
Bridging BEA and AI Transformations
We firmly believe that having an understanding of both BEA and AI transformations is crucial for the next-generation professionals. Hence, we recommend practitioners aim to earn certifications in both BEA from BEAhub.org and the Transformation AI Architect (TAIA) from AiNexus.world.
Why is this dual-certification important?
With a certification in BEA, you will understand how to reduce the 80% failure rate observed in enterprise transformations to date. BEA provides a robust framework for planning, executing, and managing complex business transformations. It ensures that transformations are well-designed, stakeholder-aligned, and focused on delivering strategic business objectives.
On the other hand, a TAIA certification equips you with the skills to leverage AI in your transformation efforts effectively. AI has the potential to revolutionize business transformations, but this requires a deep understanding of AI’s capabilities, limitations, and optimal application areas. The TAIA certification enables you to navigate the complex landscape of AI transformation, ensuring that you’re able to make the most of this transformative technology.
By holding both certifications, you are best equipped to leverage BEA for successful enterprise transformations while also accelerating your own, your team’s, and your organization’s capacity for transformation with AI.
The Dual-Certification Advantage
Having both certifications – BEA and TAIA – means you’re not just relying on AI without understanding the broader transformation context. It means you’re equipped with a dual lens to view and manage transformations – one rooted in proven business transformation methodologies and the other in the groundbreaking potential of AI.
This dual certification represents a powerful combination that can provide you with a competitive edge in your career and significantly enhance your organization’s transformation capabilities. We invite you to join us on this journey of dual mastery, to become the architects of successful and AI-empowered enterprise transformations.
Dual Internship: An Unprecedented Opportunity
At BEAhub.org and AiNexus.world, we value your passion and commitment to learning and contributing. That’s why we’re offering an unprecedented opportunity for our interns to gain dual certification in BEA and Transformation AI Architect (TAIA) – not just in terms of learning, but also in terms of contributing to building these global communities.
The Dual Internship Program
We’re offering internships where, for a commitment of 7 hours per week for six months, you can earn the BEA or TAIA certificate. But here’s where it gets exciting – if you choose to work on both at the same time, you only need to contribute 10 hours in total per week. Yes, that’s right! By committing to the dual internship program, you can earn dual certification with just a few extra hours of contribution.
Value-Based Contributions
We understand that everyone has different skills, experiences, and ways of working. That’s why we focus on the value of your contribution, rather than just the number of hours you put in. If you’re able to provide 10 hours’ worth of value in less time due to your experience, passion, or flow state, your peers’ validation of your contribution will be sufficient for the internship requirements.
However, while we’ve set 10 hours per week as the minimum, we strongly encourage interns to contribute more. Remember, you’re not just working on projects – you’re building a foundation for a whole new career.
These two new global architecture qualifications will provide you with skills and knowledge that are in high demand in today’s dynamic and digitally-driven business environment. Your investment of time, effort, and passion now will pay off exponentially in the long run, as you become an integral part of shaping the future of BEA and AI transformations globally.
