At BEAhub.org, we’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for those passionate about Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) and eager to make their mark in this evolving field. We are offering internships and free certification to 50 successful applicants. This is more than just an internship – it’s a pathway towards mastery, innovation, and leadership in the world of BEA.
As an intern, you will:
- Earn a new global BEA certification, recognized and valued by industry leaders.
- Be mentored by the creators of BEA who bring years of industry experience to guide and support your journey.
- Develop advanced skills in business enterprise transformation and understand how to apply them in various contexts.
- Network and collaborate with peers from all over the world, promoting cross-cultural learning and collaboration.

- Connect with industry hub companies who recognize and value advanced BEA skills.
We are seeking individuals with a diverse range of skills, including but not limited to: Website development, platform development, API integration, community engagement, machine learning and AI, project and program management, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Scrum Masters and Product Owners, Hackathon leaders, event organizers, course creators, content writers, bloggers, vloggers, micro-influencers, and more.
The selected interns will have the opportunity to self-organize into teams, taking on roles as team leaders and contributors, co-building the hub and BEA certification. As part of this process, you’ll also help the wider industry community understand and navigate their own transformations.
While the focus will be on building BEA itself, the skills learned during this internship can be applied to any creation program or transformation initiative in any organization, regardless of the setting or scale.
